Church records in Lebanon are very accessible, usually for a small donation to the local priest.
The problem is that many records were burnt, along with churches during the many civil wars they had in Lebanon.
Otherwise, if you know someone going to your village in Lebanon, give them some money ( $ 25.00 or so ) to give the priest. He'll do all the research you want.
