Although these are Lebanese names, they are spelled differently to adapt them to the Spanish language. Chahin is a very common Lebanese name. It would help if she knew the town of origin.

Jorge Chajin is probably "George Chahin" or "George Shahin" or even "Shaheen" for شاهين in Arabic. The uncle's name is probably "Jirgi Chahin".
