Please help find my grandfather lost in the Lebanese War

My grandfather was lost during the Lebanese Civil War in the 1970's and as I've found out that he is still alive and has probably lived in the U.S. until a few years ago, i WOULD APPRECIATE ANY information, no matter how insignificant it may seem to be sent to me, for finding him is extremely important to my family... his family is originally from sis, cilicia, and they havge lived in Lebanon ever since they escaped the genocide, though the rest of the family moved to Canada during teh Lebanese War after we lost him...
