Hello April Hill,

I am researching the DIESINGER family of Lebanon and Berks Co., PA and found that Judith LAUSER married George DIESINGER. They had Catherine, John, George, Johan Heinrich, Heinrich, Johan, Michael, Elizabeth, Daniel and Elizabeth.

I have found reference to them in :
1.Lebanon Co., Births 1714 - 1800;
2.Brief History of Schaefferstown;
3.Records of Heidleberg Lutheran Church, Schaefferstown;
4.Graves of Revolutionary Patriots.

George was born before 1752 and died in 1816 and is buried in the Lutheran Reformed Church Cemetery in Schaeffersburg.

Judith was born June 23, 1753 and had a brother John born circ. 1762 who married Christina MILLER. The 1800 census of Dauphin Co page 244 has George living next to John LAUSER.

George married second Catherine SWEITZER born April 1, 1769.

The 1820 census of Heidleberg Twp., Lebanon Co., PA has Widow DISENGER, Daniel DISINGER, Jacob Lauwser, John DISINGER and Widow DISINGER on page 157. One of these widows may be Judith though this conflicts with a second marriage for George.

I have additional information on the DIESINGER family and I am particularly interested in George DISINGER's parents.
Possibly we can share our information.

Cordially yours,
Bruce McEwen
