Thank you for the info, your English is great. Yes, you have helped alot. I was just wondering about the names...and yes you are right, about the French names, because someone have told me about French names used in Lebanon. My great-grandmother's family were Christians, so many of them had French names. I also have an other family memeber who had told me about the name "Issil" I am not sure if I am spelling it right. Someone from told me it was a Turkish girl's name? but one of my grandmother's family had that name. I was just reading about someone else's message on this topic of Lebanese with French names and French Surnames on this message board, I will pass on the info to them.Thanks for your help! Wish me luck as I continue my family research!
