Dear Jennifer,

I am currently searching for family in Lebanon and came across one of your posts. The only infomration I have follows:

Great Great Grandparents: Resek Nahome (spelling?)
Julia Saba
They were in Zahle, Lebanon

My Great Grandmother came from Lebanon to Canada her name: Rose Nahome, who was married to Resek Nahome, she supposedly left Lebanon with 2 of her adult children and went back 2 years later for the other 2. Their names were:

Najeh Died in South America

My Grandmother from Canada: Isabell Nahome (Bonahoom) Haddad
Elias Shaheen Haddad

They had 14 children of which 7 survived: Gregory (Abraham) Haddad
Michael Haddad
Emily Haddad
Julia Haddad
John Haddad
Albert (Aziz) Haddad
Freda Haddad

I have searched Ellis Island and found nothing. I am so interested in finding any family back in Lebanon and God willing go back and meet my blood.

I know I have cousins in Beirut, Mourice and Samir Haddad who make furniture.
If you have any information, please contact me. Thank you, Maureen
