Hello Denis,

As I suggested in my first reply, now I'm sure that late Hussein Ali Shibley is from either Tibneen or Hjoula; that he was a Muslim Shiite; and that one of his daughters is/was married to the late Sheikh Khalil Bazzi, one of the southeast Michigan Lebanese community leaders in the fifties and sixties who help finding the Islamic Center of America ( the outskirt of Dearborn, Michigan.

As for your questions, re Baalbaky and Fakhreddine, I really have no idea! They could be a translation error. One thing for sure, the Lebanese community in southeast Michigan is mostly of immigrants from South Lebanon and has nothing to do with Baalbak (referenced "Baalbaky").

For faster result, you should try to find the family of the late Sheikh Khalil Bazzi by contacting the Islamic Center or other Muslim centers in Dearborn, Michigan.

Good Luck!
