Batros-Grandparents from Kousba

Can anybody provide me with any history/details of my Grandparents?
My grandparents Les(Assad) and Mary (nee Khoury) Batros (bate Andrews/Androis?) came to Australia(Sydney) in early 1900. Settled in Cootamundra, NSW and had 5 children. Les did hawking in outback NSW, owned a fruit shop then a Lebanese Club in Sydney, and finally went into the Drapery business in Brisbane and Mackay (QLD) with his 3 sons (one, Neville, my father).
Grandparents were born in Lebanon in late 1890's. Les studied Law before coming to Australia.
