You need to provide more information than that to start finding your ancestors, but I will tell you what I know.

The name "Khoury" means "priest" in arabic. Unfortunately for you, this is a common name among arabic-speaking Christians, so not all Khourys are related to one another.

Additionally, since the name was originally spelled in arabic characters, it had to be transliterated into latin characters (whether English, Spanish, Portugese or French). This means that if two related individuals translitterated the name differently, people with a different spelling may be related to you. Check also: C- or Kh-, -u- or -ou-, -r- or -rr- and -i or -y. This gives a long list of permutaions.
