I know that Ludovina or Liduvina is an old Portuguese female name (I have one ancestor with that name back in 1790). Recently, I've seen "Liduvine" in French on a genealogy site. Can't remember which one but it caught my eye. Ludubino could be a male version of the name and I'd be inclined to say it is Spanish because of the spelling (using "b" instead of "v").
