You may want to try the spelling "Janho". There is a prominent Greek Orthodox Janho family in the Mousseitbeh district of Beirut.
There is a Toni Janho listed in the Lebanese Lawyers directory who could very well be from thet family his phone is: 03/652580 - 898838.
