Thelma used one of those small publisher (Licinus in Great Falls, MT) that print the exact number of books you order. The advantage, of course, is that you don't wind up with a large stock of books you paid to have printed but that you have not sold. Therefore, Thelma only ordered the number of books she had pre-paid orders for. This means that the book was essentially out-of-print the day it rolled off the press. I have one, however, and will be happy to look up an individual or a family line for you. I can make copies at Alpha Graphics for 7 cents apiece, so I can estimate the number of copies required to get your information for you, add in the postage, and send them to you for the cost of producing them.
