Just a clue from the names you listed. I think your line of Leasures comes from PA or Maryland.
This is not necessarily where George was from, but possibly his parents or grandparents.
The very spelling of "Leasure" is a clue they were from western PA [As in Westmoreland or Indiana counties] or from MD right next to PA. Especially around Cumberland, MD. It could have been Lazier or Lazear or Laizure, Leisure, etc., but they went with the "Leasure" spelling which is more common in the families from PA.
The Bell/Beale family was an old one in Maryland. They were in the area around Cumberland, MD by the late 1700s, having come from farther east in Maryland. Some of them lived near where Washington, D.C. is now located. It's a very well known family.
