My father was Silas Lean and his grandfather was Elisha. Elisha and Samuel came to Canada in 1883 (landed at Halifax) also an Allen Lean was on passenger list. (He must have been brother Frederick because he arrived with Sam and Elisha) Emma wife of Francis Lean was Emma Manuel. So far as I can figure out her father was Matthew Manuel, I found this from Cornwall census. Matthew had two grandsons named Elisha. I am trying to determine who was father of Francis Lean born 1831. Hope this is helpful. If you have any more info, I would appreciate your assistance.
