Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I am also descended from the ISLES/ILES family of Naburn. My G-G- Grandmother was Mary ILES 1841-1932, the daughter of William ISLES of Naburn/Acaster Malbis and Elizabeth. I am also compiling a Database of the ILES name(& varients). Hopefully, one day, I shall get back to the original de LISLE in the 11th Century. I also have a short History of the family if you are interested.
