Jesse W. Leach PLEASE HELP!

Jesse W. Leach married a Bernice Louise Dixon on 6 OCT 1916 in Xenia, Greene County, Ohio and had two daughters only one survived, Helen Louise Leach.

Family story says Jesse left soon after the second daughter was born. The second daughter died soon after (possibly of rickets)He may have had another marriage and additional children, but there is no record of him after 1930. I have found no evidence of him on the 1930 census. Helen believed that she attended his funeral as a child. Jesse's mother died in 1930, and the number of surviving children suggests that he was still alive at that point. But then I hit a dead end.

He may have changed his name, he may have died in the late twenties or early thirties. I honestly don't know. I have been searching on and off for more than ten years. If anyone has a Male, White ancestor possibly born 23 AUG 1895/1897, that died in the 1920's or 1930's who had a mother named Clara Mae Leach and/or father named Daniel Leach, please let me know. It is believed he had another family, and he may not have been truthful about his personal history before that family was created.
