Hi all,
On the 1850 Cochocton Cty, Ohio, census:
John Layland, 43: Susana Layland, 37; and children - John, 16; Anna, 14; James, 7; Joab, 3; Barton, 1.

Are any of you connected to this family? Do you know who "Barton" is?

Still looking for my Edward Barton Layland born about this time. He, also, used the name Barton Layland rather than Edward Layland. I feel reasonably sure this is him.

Any help greatly appreciated.
