One way to be sure who his parents are would be to get his death certificate. Unless the informant for the DC didn't know who they were it should list the parents' names including the mother's maiden name.
Under the current system In Pennsylvania the only way to get his Dc is through the Pennsylvania Vital Records office in Newcastle, PA.
You can also try to get his obituary which might list his parents and probably his siblings.
BTW you didn't list when he was born or where he died.
