Seeking any information on Rosemary Lavigne aka Scott who gave birth to a baby girl 18 April 1950 - Galveston, TX at st. Mary's Infirmary -
Rosemary was 22 according to the birth certificate and born in Los Angeles, CA. She probably came to Houston where she stayed with friends and spent the last few weeks at the Jean LaFitte Hotel in Galveston. She worked as a waitress according to the birth certificate.
