I am glad to hear back from you. I was afraid that the Lavergne posts were too old and that they were no longer active. My mother lives in Surrey and that is where I grew up from the time I was 5 until college. I was born in Ottawa though. My mother is 63 years old now. Her father, Leo Lavergne, died in 1994. I have been working on my family tree and I have done quite well in locating relatives. I would be happy to send you a link to invite you to view the tree on the Geni website. I followed the relatives you had listed and they are all the same as mine plus a few additional children that you had not listed. We are definitely related. I will be visiting Vancouver in August as I currently reside in California. Maybe we can even meet. That would be great. Two of my mother's brothers, Louis and Gerald Lavergne, also live in the Lower Mainland. My mother's other 9 siblings are still in the Greater Ottawa area. A couple of her brothers still live in Sarsfield. I will look forward to your reply.
