Hi Everyone,
I am related to the Lavergnes from Sarsfield, Ont. My Grandfather was Leo Lavergne. His father was Treffle Lavergne and his mother was Emma Martin. I am trying to fill in the Lavergne side of my family tree. I think some of my aunts have a fair amount of information. My grandparents, Leo and Rita Lavergne had 12 children and they are all still alive and well. Most of them still live in the Ottawa area. I know that Treffle Lavergne's father was Joseph Lavergne but I have a Celina Lepage as his wife. I note that you have Henriette Mirette. I am not sure which is correct. I will try to reach one of my aunts to clarify. Have you found any further info out about the family. I have some pictures of the cemetery in Sarsfield. My grandfather took me there before he died. I know one of the grandfathers was Alexandre
Lavergne. I took pictures of his grave with the dates. I hope you are still looking and will read this message.
