Hello Haley,My name is Gerald Lavergne and I saw your post and I recognized the names from my Dad's paperwork he had given me on his family tree. Your 2nd great grandmother name is Orphise Lavergne and she was my grandfather Albert Lavergne's sister. Their parents were Gerard and Remise Marie (Plaisance) Lavergne. Their children's names were: Albert, Dulva, Hypolite, Elta, Camille, Azema, Marie, and Orphise. Here is my family tree that I have that was traced back; Yours would start after Gerard and you would enter Orphise Lavergne and Clemil Broussard. I hope this information is helpful.
