Parents: Anthony and Mary (Hunt) Lavalle, natives of County Mayo, Ireland, who first immigrated to Canada, then to Lockport, NY. On 25 Dec 1867, Titusville, PA, Patrick married Miss Maggie O'Brien, a native of Ireland. Lavelle children: Mary (Mrs. H.J. Calhoun), Maggie (Mrs. W.P. Adams), Ambrose, James, Cecelia (Mrs. H.I. Grant), Nellie, Agnes (Mrs. Holt).
