Hey Robbie,

Thanks for that find, I shall have to order that certificate. I'm going to the family records centre in London soon and will have a long list of things! I had the same problem finding a marriage on freebmd but it is possible that it hasn't been transcribed yet so it's either a trip to the Sheffield archives or cheekily ask the Sheffield Indexers!

When you came to England did you manage to come to Sheffield and see the Intake graves! (I live about four miles away from there). It's not for everyone I know but sometimes it's nice to be near them.

It does get sunny sometimes! Last summer we had 2 months of stupidly hot weather (global warming they said) but unfortunately when I went to the coast it was bloody freezing!!

So sad about your bloke Steve Irwin. Everyone here was devastated, he was just like a big kid.
