Hi. I am searching for a friend. Her mother's name was Vera Rommers (1909 Riga - 1963 Australia). Her mother's mother was Helena Plocens (1879 Riga? - 1965 Australia). Helena had a brother, Adam Rommers who disappeared during WWII and my friend is trying to find out what happened to him and his family as they were Jewish.
My friend has applied to the consulate in Canada but had no response.
Any help would be gratefully received.
