I am interested in any information at all regarding these surnames... Jacob/Jekab Akerfelds married Eva Saduris and had at least two children, 1.Janis Akerfelds(b.1899) 2.Katte Akerfelds (b. 1904). Janis lived in Nikrace, Latvia for some time and had 14 children there. (The 14 children mostly migrated to Colorado, with one (the eldest, Arturs Akerfelds) staying in Germany and one (the second Eldest, Arvids Akerfelds)going to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada) Indrikis Ziverts married Julie/Julia Dzerve and had at least 5 children, 1.Arnolds Ziverts, stayed in Latvia 2.Olga (Skrastins) Ziverts (b.1915) 3.Ida Ziverts (stayed in Latvia) 4.Anna Ziverts (b.1907) 5.Arturs Ziverts (b.1901). Of which Olga, Anna and Arturs all immigrated to Colorado, USA. Anna Ziverts was the wife of the previously mentioned Janis Akerfelds, mother of the 14 children, and Arturs Ziverts married the previously mentioned Katte Akerfelds, and had 8 children. Those 8 children were born in Riga, Latvia and Liepaja, Latvia. Olga, Anna, and Arturs immigrated to Denver area, Colorado, USA. Lastly, Vilis/Vilas Vinakmens married Emilija Raisenbergs and they had at least 5 children that I know of... 1.Janis Gunars Vinakmens (b.1905, immigrated to Racine, Wisconsin), 2.Karlis Vinakmens (b.1913 in Tukums, Latvia, immigrated to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada), 3.Fricis Vinakmens (b.1921 in Tukums, Latvia, immigrated to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada), 4.Aline (Vinakmens) Eldmanis, (Latvia) 5.Arnolds Vinakmens, (Latvia) Notify Administrator about this message?
