I hope to find people they have knowledge about my father, Alfons Leonards Avotins, born at 09/15/1913 in Riga/Latvia, died at 03/17/1964 in Nuernberg/Germany. My father was an DP in Munich after World War II and became a member of the Latvian Central Commitee (LCC)in Bavaria in 1951, before he was an employe of the office of LCC and worked at 1952 as "Wirtschaftsleiter" the head of oeconomics of the weekly magazine "Latvia" in Munich.
