I'm looking for the parents of Carlos Lathrop (b) abt 1804 in New York. Carlos first marriage was to Rhoda O'Hara. They lived in New York, Madoc-Ontario-Canada. Had thirteen children.
Carlos married for the second time to Mrs. Beulah Merrell on 11-1-1856 in Whiteside Co., Illinois
Carlos Lathrop died 5-4-1862, Pittsburg Landing, Tennessee, CIVIL WAR
Carlos had a son named Carlos William Lathrop who others doing family tree's think he was the one who died in the Civil War, but it was the older Carlos who died.
