DESPERATE!!!

Need to find a marriage record for Nora B Thompson b.1891 Indian Territory, OK to John LATHAM b. 5 OCT abt1850 Cherokee Co,Texas. Married possibly before 1915 as they had a daughter named Viola Mae LATHAM B.12 JUL 1915 Texas(?).

Finding a birth record connecting Nora to her daughter would be very helpful as well. Texas Vital Records needs to know the County Viola was born in, but we don't know where that was.

John LATHAM is a pretty hard guy to find as well. He did have a previous marriage to a 'Georgia Ann Terry' but no info on that either. There is a record with 'Leavenworth Penitentiary' showing a John LATHAM, Incarseration date 20 DEC 1897, Inmate #1012, but unsure if this is OUR John LATHAM.

Any help at all would mean so much.
