Lassiter/Tanner/Meeks Families in Coffee/Appling/Bacon/Ware County Area

I am looking for information about a Tanner/Lassiter/Meeks family connection.

My grandfatherís name was Chester Thomas. His motherís name was Alice Tanner Thomas. My grandfather told me that Alice Tannerís motherís name was Delphan Lassiter (perhaps Delphia Ann?), and that her fatherís name was ĎLije Tanner (perhaps Elijah?).

During her lifetime, my g-grandmother mentioned being kin to the Meeks family. There was a Delphia Ann Meeks who married a John W. Lasseter in Coffee County. According to one Meeks researcher, their daughter Mariah Lasseter married a Tanner. All of this would have taken place in the Coffee/Appling/Bacon/Ware County area.

If anyone has any information about a Mariah Lasseter who married a Tanner, please let me know. This couple would have had other children as well: I know of Albert Tanner and Lonnie Tanner. There was an Abbie and Ella Mae who lived in Florida, perhaps from a second marriage.

Or does anyone know if Delphia Ann Meeks Lasseter had a second marriage to a Tanner?

If anyone has any information about this family, or any possible connections, I would appreciate any information.
I can share details about Aliceís family if anyone is interested.

Thank you, Chet
