Joseph LASLEY married Stella BRUER/BREWER, the daughter of William BRUER/BREWER (19 Oct 1857 TN-29 Jan 1913) and Gerusha "Ruthie" Grant ALLISON (22 Oct 1853 KY - 18 Feb 1908). Two children: Gordon LASLEY and Cleo LASLEY. The BRUER family had moved to southern (Ozark County) Missouri between 1885-1888.

Stella had the following siblings:
1. John Calvin (apparently did not marry)
2. Bessie m. James WOFFARD
3. Clara (1888-1946) married George WILLHOIT (1881-1946)
4. Alice m. Welt THOMAS
5. Samuel Berry m. Jessie MONTGOMERY
6. William Jesse m. Dora WILHOIT
7. Joseph m. Hattie CAGLE

Any assistance on the LASLEY family would be most appreciated. Thank you.
