Bigras was a common name inthe early Detroit area, as was Lacelle. I know of the following:
Maroie Angelique Lacelle m. Pierre Descomps dit Labadie; Agathe Lacelle m. Bonaventure Reaume; Jacques Lacelle wos grandson married a daughter of SHAWNEE CHIEF bLUEJACKET. Bigras is a name onthe death record of one of my ancesters. His Peltier son-in-law worked in the mill of Antoine Louis Descomps dit labadie in the 1780's.
