Hello, I am a grandson of Jacob and Delilah Larrew. They are my GGG Grandparents. On there grave marker it is spelled Larrew not LaRue. I am also trying to find the correct parents of Jacob Larrew b.4/01/1793 d. 8/17/1859. My father has passed so I hoping to see if his older sister might possibly know. I am also trying to figure out when the spelling or I should say multiple spellings of LaRue changed to Larrew. I Dad did say, he thought they some descendants came down here from Canada. So any thoughts on that? All I find is from the East coast NY and PA. Seems like one of the brothers moved to Kentucky, I don't think my descendants came from there. I do have many relatives in Illinois and in Boone, Iowa.
