Thomas, Here is the info I have from "Census Index" on the Larrimores from Missouri. I have wanted to go to Missouri for a few years to look up these families to get more that the head of household. The Obediah listed in the 1830 census is my direct ancestor. His father was Richard Larrimore from Green County Kentucky/Richard's father was Philemon Larrimore of Rockingham County NC. Richard settled in Missouri after a trip through Arkansas (Crawford County) and his brother James Larrimore came to Crawford County Arkansas about 5 years after Richard had moved on to Missouri/Illinois. It was the descendents of James Larrimore that moved to Llano/Burnet County Texas and spelled thier name Larremore. Some stopped near Cleburne Texas and spelled their name Laramore. My gggrandfather Obediah, moved from Morgan/Franklin County Missouri about 1830 and settled in South Crawford (later Sebastian County) Arkansas. Would like to have any information on the different Larrimore families you would like to share. Have you ever heard of a Samuel Green Larrimore that moved through Missouri about 1820-30?
