Hello Kelley Lindahl-Fausak,7/15/2002
please respond to my email...
I am interested to receive the names & birth/death dates and children's names for the Jacob & Margarett Eliz Lynch Larrabee that you mention.
I have the name JACOB ELLIS LARRABEE
(Born 1850 in Licking Co, OH, East of Columbus, his mother was Elizabeth Jane Ellis Larrabee of Guernsey, Ohio, father= Sylvester Larrabee, son of John Larabee, Revolutionary War Veteran).
He married "Lizzie Lynch" and they had five children.Lived in Greenfield, Hancock Co, Indiana - I thought. My grandmother told me he died of food poisoning (mushrooms).Another "searcher" who wrote from IL said that he lived in Vermillion Co, IL in 1902.
Are we on the same person?
I have a note that Jacob and bro, Sylvester Joel, went from the Newark, OH area where they were born to near Greenfield, Indiana...along US Road 40...and that later his bro,Thomas Wilford and Benjamin Eleven went too. They went first to work for one year, but decided to stay.Sylvester Joel married the daughter of man he worked for, Cordilia Kronkite (parents of six).
Jacob married Lizzie Lynch. I don't have years/children's names/grandchildren/locations, etc....I know Clark Co, IL is further west along US 40...
I have Jacob's brothers and sisters to be:

So was there a fifth child of Jacob and Margarett, "lizzie"?
How are Edythe(your great gmother), Lydia and Edward related to the family you are searching? There were Larrabee Reunions in Indiana and Ohio when I was growing up...There was an Olive MAY (last name) who came, and i think I remember a "Chester".Hoping to hear more from you about how it fits together. And, what part of Illinois are they from?
