I read that the English Larkin name came about from William Conqueror. The name of Laurence which Larkin came from.So is it the case that the Irish Larkins originated in Ireland as a separate family.Or was there some immigration that took place between them. Can anyone elaborate as I am not sure that my information is correct.Bronwyn Schleiger.
