Hi I'm from the Larbey family in Haslemere in Surrey. My father and his immediate family come from Fernhurst, West Sussex and I believe his Mother and Father came from Fareham, Paulsgrove area.
I have had a letter a couple of years ago from a chap in Essex who has managed to trace Larbey's back to France. It would appear that our family are decendants of French Acrobats!!!! Which could ring true as all of my immediate family are all short, I only know of one relative who is over six foot!!!
