I have a George Louis Laplante as father, Amable Ste. Marie as mother. I was looking to confirm as one of their children Joseph Hardin Laplante (or Hardin Julian maybe) born 29 Jun 1856. I have not seen a birth certificate, but from research Joseph Hardin is the son of Medard D, and follows thru Gorge Louis. I have no access to the Canadian Drouin collection on ancestry.com.
