I am seeking information on Christine Laplante Plante who married Joseph Lange Longe Jr. during the early 1830s and raised their family at Saugeen/Southampton, Ontario. According to 1901 Census, Bruce Co., Southampton, Christine was born November 1, 1819, "Quebec." Joseph Jr. was son of NWC voyageur Joseph Longe Sr. who left the NWC at Nipigon in 1821 and traded after that in Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.
