Wondering if anyone on the list might have a reference to the following Elinor Laplante who married John Christopher Scharf, and I believe I have a reference to her in the 1901 census as follows. I am trying to find a marriage reord for Elinor and John, hopefully to establish the parents' names for both.
1901 Census, ON RUSSELL (#112), Gloucester E-3, p. 4, T-6495, LAC.
NOTE - all born Ontario rural, Roman Catholic. Wife was English; the rest were French ethnicity.
