Hi I am trying to find information on my best friends birth mother. My friends name is Ann Marie Lapierre. She was born May 6th 1965 at a Chatholic orphange for unwed mothers in Saint John NB. The orphange burnt down and all existing records were lost. Her adoptive parents names are Dorothy and John Mahoney and grew up in Sussex New Brunswick. Her mother who's last name was Lapierre named the baby Ann Marie. She thinks that her mother is from Nova Scotia but doesn't know that for sure. She was not adopted until she was 6 months old. She as been looking for some connection for years and now that I am in a position to help her I would like someone to lead me in the right direction. I really want to do this for her. Please can anyone help
