LAPIERRE _ Cecile Anne 1909 - 2005 Mrs. Cecile Bellemare Lapierre of Calgary passed away peacefully at the Foothills Medical Centre on Friday, February 18, 2005 at the age of 95 years. She was born on March 22, 1909 in Moose Lake/Bonnyville, Alberta, the third of eleven children. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gracia Gagnon, Dr. Yvon Lapierre (Nicole), Yvette Jorgensen; her fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; her brother Hector Bellemare (Lauretta); and her sister Jacqueline Lessard (Edmond) of Fort Kent, Alberta; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Sainte Famille Catholic Church (1719 - 5 Street S.W.) on Friday, February 25, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sainte Famille Catholic Church (1719 - 5 Street S.W.) on Saturday, February 26, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Gilles Gauthier OMI, Presider. Condolences may be sent to the family through www.commemorativeservices.ca. Cecile's family express their sincere thanks to the family, friends, and Hillcrest caregivers for their many acts of kindness. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Sainte Famille Catholic Church Renovation Project (1719 - 5 Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta T2S 2A8) or to the Pare Labrecque Training Centre (14500 Bannister Road S.E., Calgary, Alberta T2X 1Z4) which teaches caregivers to care for seniors in loss of autonomy with dignity, respect, and unconditional love at all stages of illness.
