ARTHUR E. GARDNER
Born: December 6, 1915, Bellingham, Washington.
Died: March 14, 2008 at the Hospice Care Center. Longtime Toutle resident.
Parents: JOSEPH & ALIDA (MANGS) GARDNER. JOSEPH became a Superintendent for the Toutle School. Served in the State Legislature.
N.B. and NELLIE LAPHAN GARDNER settled in the Toutle Valley, WA in 1882, and ran the general store.
I am a Seattle WA resident, no connection with this family.
