Hi Andrea,

I did a lot of research on the Lapham family in the mid 1980's and little since that time. The book on the Laphams was written in 1953 by Bertha Bortle Beal Aldridge and lists 13,000 descendents including descendents of John from Devonshire England to Providence, RI in 1673 and Thomas from Kent, England to Scituate, Mass 1634. I think it has been out of print for a long time but copies are available in some libraries. I saw it in the Library of Congress and copied part of it.

If you are talking about the descendents of Thomas Church Lapham reunion in Midland Park, NJ in 1987, the answer is yes. Were you there? If so, tell me how you are related to TCL and if you have a copy of what I put together on the family back then.
