I was surfing the net and found this site. It would be very ineresting to know and be in touch with Lanza people around the world. Even if we are not directly related, I think we all come from Italy, and maybe, we have the same origin!. What my father told me, was that the first Lanza came to Venezuela from Venecia, and they stablished in Upata, a town in Bolivar State, Venezuela. I don't know much more about my ancestors. I always have thought about the the coincidental relationship between my lastname and the name of my country, because Venezuela means "The Small Venecia". Best regards to all Lanza!.

Estaba navegando y encontre esta página. Sería interesante conocer y mantener contacto con personas con el apellido Lanza alrededor del mundo. Aunque no necesariamente seamos familia directa, creo que todos venimos de Italia, y quizas tengamos el mismo origen!. Lo que me dijo mi padre fue que los primeros Lanza que vinieron a Venezuela venian de Venecia, y se establecieron en Upata, un pueblo del Estado Bolívar, Venezuela. No se mucho mas acerca de mis ancestros. Siempre he pensado en la coincidencia entre la realación entre mi apellido y el nombre de mi país, porque Venezuela significa "La Pequeña Venecia". Saludos a todos los Lanza!.
