Hi Mary,
I am very distant kin to Martha Lanning/Elijah Blackwell. Their granddaughter, Sarah Ann Blackwell, married a distant uncle of mine, Bartine Slater.
Someone in Whitewater, KS, researching the Klaasen family, posted data indicating that Robert Lanning was born 27 Jan 1737 in Hunterdon Co., NJ, and died 11 Feb 1803 in Mt. Airy, NJ. They have Judith Baker born 11 Feb 1740 in New Brunswick, NJ, and died 2 June 1829 in Mt. Airy, NJ.
I have no documentation for any of these dates.
