John Lanning married Margaret Styles early 1900's

I'm looking for info on John Lanning who came to Tennessee from Oklahoma (possibly Cherokee) described as dark hair, eyes, and skin. He married Margaret Styles and had 3 daughters. Both John Lanning and Margaret Styles died very young (late 30's early 40's). They may have been married in Sevier county Tennessee. Thank you, Paul Leverone
