My Abbott family has a Nathaniel Lannin in-law (husband of Mary Ann Abbott) and Nathaniel's sister, Mary Lannin (wife
of Charles Abbott). Nathaniel and his sister were from Skull, County Cork, immigrated to the Chateauguay Valley of Quebec by 1822, and settled on lots in the Irish Concession of Williamstown near Howick. Nathaniel was born about 1791. I have old family letters and histories. Would love to hear from you.
