My brick wall is Amos BROCK b. ca 1826 in NC he married Easter BONEY b.1833 in NC. Amos and Easter had the following children all born NC; Martha BROCK b. ca 1854, John BROCK b. ca 1855, Nancy BROCK b. ca 1857, Benja. F. BROCK b. ca 1859, James BROCK b. ca 1861, Stephen BROCK b. ca 1865 and Ada BROCK b. Jul 1869, Rachael Caroline BROCK b. 16 Apr 1872.

Easter BONEY is living in the household of Hosea LANIER in the 1850 census for Duplin Co., NC.

Amos BROCK is living with brother-in-law Isham LANIER in 1880 census for Duplin Co., NC.

What is the LANIER family connection? Was Hosea Easter's step father?
