Let me explain first I am no relation I ordered the death certificate for a Aunt and was sent this...She is no relation to me, threw it away, but then thought some one might be looking for her someday.

Minnie Parker, born 18 September 1925, Autauga County, Alabama, d/o Robert Lanier and Martha A Fortune. Minnie married 3 times, possible divorce 3 times. Her residence was 77 Center Place North, Birmingham, Alabama 37020. It list her place of death as 1st Ave No front of #25.
Minnie was a black female, list cause of death as, broken neck due to hit and run by car. (30 September 1968, at 12:05 a m)
Informant; Charlene Parker address 33 1st Street North, assume Birmingham, also.(no indication of relationship.)
Smith and Gaston were the funeral directors 1500 4th Ave No.
Minnie was laid to rest in Shadow Lawn Cem., Birmingham, Alabama. I hope this helps someone.
